Overview
We are looking for Android development professionals with demonstrated strengths in the following: multitasking and resourcefulness, verbal and written communications; adaptability to manage new projects; energy and motivation to initiate and complete tasks and enthusiasm for new technologies.
A solid understanding of industry best practices, procedures, and concepts around software development is a must.
Candidates must possess a positive attitude, be able to work in teams and be able work in an open environment. Excellent communication and technical skills are required.

Experience
Minimum 2-3 years software development experience with Mobile/Android or Java application development
Minimum 2-3 years experience with design and development of multi-threaded and multitasking applications
Skills
Experience in developing intuitive and easy to use UIs
Experience with graphics design is a plus
Extremely strong java skills and a some knowledge of the Android architecture
Experience working with third party packages and APIs
Familiarity with media formats
Some knowledge of communication protocols and sockets is a plus
Excellent task management and planning skills with a track record of completing software development tasks on time
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and innovate
Comfortable with Eclipse development environment and revision control tools such as CVS and git
Comfortable designing UIs that work on a broad spectrum of screen sizes
Experience with cloud technologies is a huge plus
Education
BS/MS CS/EE or related subject area
