Android Developer for core team

We are an early stage start up, focused on a solution that can transform classroom education in India. The start-up has been founded by IIM Alumni, and has reputed advisors. We are based in Bangalore. We have a concept and business model validated in the market, a well defined product prototype and customers. Responsibilities
The role is a part of the core technical team and would include (but not be limited to) understanding product specs, developing the android app, integrating it with the back end (Database modeling, APIs, etc), testing and deployment.
Experience
You can develop in mobile java and have hands-on Android development experience.
Good understanding of android internals (SDK, NDK) and mobile java technologies (HTML5/JS/JQUERY etc).
Exposure to some RDBMS.
You enjoy working on challenging problems that include security, leveraging touch screen capabilities, and storing, managing, and manipulating data
You believe strongly in the power of a high quality user experience and this is demonstrated in your work
You are a self starter and thrive in an environment where you can learn new things. You have a track record of doing what it takes to develop and deploy a great solution
You like a startup environment where you own decisions and need to do everything from prioritizing the end-user functionality to testing your code
Education
Relevant education such as B.E. or MCA
