G360Link is looking for an application engineer to help in launching our product to market and implementing solutions with our customers.

Responsibilities
1. Be part of the product application team with a focus on becoming the product expert and leading successful customer implementation
2. Responsible for learning the product, understanding the industry, and applying the knowledge to implement solutions
3. Work with engineering team and product management to facilitate product launch and releases
4. Provide hands-on support to the sales team and services team
Experience
Professional experiences in software application is preferred
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Skills
Understanding of enterprise software application with a focus on Java/J2EE, web application, and relational database is required
Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively and independently in a small team environment is essential
Education
BS in CS or related technical areas
