Associate, Corporate Marketing

at Castlight Health in San Francisco, CA   —   Jul 06, 2014   |  
The Corporate Marketing Associate is responsible for creating and writing all content, collateral, and sales tools to help drive demand and enhance sales productivity. In this role, the marketing associate will work closely with the Castlight Sales Team to understand the sales requirements and execute content.
3+ years of B2B corporate marketing experience
Experience writing corporate content for websites, collateral and sale tools
Developing targeted marketing campaigns and executing marketing plans
Demonstrated experience in supporting sales teams and channels to increase deal close rates and revenue objectives
History of developing corporate communications, press releases, media outreach, white papers, and case studies
Experience in enterprise software
Health care experience is preferred
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
Coordinate external marketing efforts to support Castlight’s Sales team
Strong writing skills
Cross-divisional internal collaboration, market research, creative development, production, media and internal education/campaign roll-out
Direct the activities of independent vendors
Responsible for tracking all invoices and expenses against budget
High energy level; ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of content stakeholders and subject matter experts
Must be a self-starter who maintains focus while working under deadlines
• BA/BS required.
