Overview
Trovit, the leading classifieds search engine, is looking for an Associate Country Manager for DACH. We’re looking for a native German speaker who is Internet-savvy, startup-minded, eager to learn and to contribute to a highly creative team. This position is a great opportunity to gain experience in the online space.
You’ll join the team helps us manage the DACH markets and to make sure we provide the best search engine for our users. This position is full-time and based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities
Content management: making sure we provide the best listings for our users
Establish and maintain collaboration with partners and clients
Serve as a local hands-on country expert, identify and address regional localization concerns
Analyze and monitor key metrics to improve sales and give support to the product and marketing team
Community management in all social networks
Support search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns
Answer inquiries from users, partners and customers
Experience
1 year experience on a similar job
Skills
Native German speaker
Good communication skills in English.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills to recognize patterns, strong problem solving ability
Exhibit high energy, be proactive and work as a team player
General knowledge of Internet and online businesses
Desirable: Good communication skills in Spanish. Another language is a plus.
Desirable: Experience in online marketing is a plus, although not required
Desirable: We also value experience with web analytics, SEM, SEO, Excel, CRM...
Desirable: Preferably, a working permit for the European Union
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business
