ChoiceStream is looking for an energetic Optimization Analyst to join their fast-growing Ad Operations team: a team responsible for the success of ChoiceStream’s algorithmically targeted advertising campaigns. The Optimization Analyst will work closely with Advertising Operations colleagues as well as the Engineering and Research and Development teams to ensure the success of campaigns throughout the entire advertising lifecycle.
Support the ad campaign lifecycle, including optimization, reporting, analytics and strategic planning
Act as a client contact in regards to technical issues and performance goals surrounding campaigns
Work with Research and Development and Product Development teams to help build cutting-edge technological solutions to business problems
Perform functional/technical quality assurance tests on ads and debug ad-server integration issues
0-3 years prior work experience, preferably in the Ad Industry
A passion for technology and a curiosity to learn the inner workings of a complex machine learning system
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear manner to audiences with varying levels of technical sophistication

Strong business acumen and a pragmatic thinker
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with any of the following technologies a plus:
