A boutique IT consulting firm is looking for driven, talented, experienced and creative sales professionals to join our core team.To balance our unprecedented talent delivery turnaround in flat/biz structure with SaaS based ATS, we are looking to bring entrepreneurial and self motivating consultative sales professionals. Someone who has a proven confidence that they could build a desk with 300k+ revenue first year in.
Our core business lies in targeted contract/consulting professional placement to Financial services,Retail and Government
Perform sales presentations to those prospects, negotiate contacts, and close new business deals
Manage direct sales in assigned territory.
Accountable entrepreneurial approach (independently building a desk, establish direction ,office admin)
Self regulating work hours, dress code, priorities
Build a team of Sales and Marketing Interns
1+ years consultative Sales/BizDev experience (with early stage firms preferred) in the enterprise information technology services market, dealing with SOA,MDM,outsourcing, application development, data and application integration solutions
High integrity, honesty, open personality
Proven, successful track of bringing in business
A network of prospective clients or book of business
High energy, ambitious, intrinsically motivated
Experience working with recruiters/technical teams.
Out of the box approach to client lead prospecting
Information Technology consultative sales
Ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals
Capable of managing all aspects of the sales cycle from cold-calling prospects to negotiating enterprise-wide contracts
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
As a key member of our new market development team, you will receive monetary compensation followed by equity compensation and/or commission(10-15%) post-desk revenue generated.
