Job summary
Edlab at The Gottesman Libraries envisions, designs, and pilots knowledge projects for a fundamentally different education sector that is attuned to the emerging post-industrial, information-based, globally-connected world. EdLab is organized in small flexible multi-disciplinary teams that collaborate to develop products of distinction.
Edlab is seeking a Product Manager with expertise in all stages of the product development cycle. The incumbent will be expected to work on teams of educators, researchers, and engineers to help define and complete projects that serve Edlab's clients, with a specific focus on product outreach. The product manager will participate in defining vision and strategy and guide projects to successful launch.

Responsibilities
Help to define products by engaging in market research and user testing.
Lead outreach efforts to support product adoption.
Serve as a bridge between clients and the development team to define product enhancement opportunities.
Define product vision and direction as well as strategies for deployment and adoption.
Experience
2 years experience preferred
Skills
Documented history of meeting deadlines and delivering high quality products to clients.
Demonstrated ability to research, learn, and teach new technologies quickly and constantly.
Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
Outstanding organizational and analytical skills.
Outstanding communication (oral, written) and networking skills, with demonstrated success in leading product outreach efforts.
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups ranging from engineers to non-technical clients.
Strong interest and understanding of emerging trends in education
Excellent project management abilities.
Education
Bachelor's degree required
