A key member of our team is the Audience Development and Analytics Manager. We’re looking for an extremely analytics-driven person who can use data to continue expanding and monetizing Ranker’s user base.

Salary history and requirements
Responsibilities
Manage Ranker’s outbound content marketing campaigns on platforms like Outbrain, Taboola, nRelate.
Manage Ranker’s traffic exchange activity on platforms like CrowdIgnite and Knowd.
Help develop, test and manage new site sections optimized for traffic acquisition and monetization.
Identify and explore other efficient traffic acquisition methods.
Own reporting and analysis around traffic acquisition and content monetization.
Experience
At least 1-2 years managing content marketing campaigns on platforms like Outbrain, although SEM experience may be a decent substitute.
Skills
Black belt in Google Analytics and Excel -- but also the ability to come up with and work with other tools, including in-house ones.
Experience helping optimize large quantities of content for performance marketing.
Excellent organizational skills.
Crystal-clear communication skills -- spoken and especially written.
Freakishly high energy and strong work ethic.
Ability to work with a team.
Prior work at a start-up is a plus.
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience. Fully paid medical benefits and stock equity are also part of the package. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
