Existing nyc-based content+technology company is looking for a sales leader with deep experience and insight in the email marketing space. The successful applicant will have a demonstrable track record in creating, driving, and closing sales with leading brands, agencies, and channel resellers (email software platforms). Candidate must be aggressive, resourceful, and have an existing passion for technology + visual art. Position can be full-time or part-time, depending on candidate. Location-agnostic, but preference for nyc-based candidates.
The current team exists of founders with core competencies in design/tech/mktg/bzdev/ops.

Create, pitch, and close new business.
Build, manage, and scale revenue pipeline with clients, agencies, and partners.
Help marketing team devise and implement creative and resourceful ways to drive interest in our offering.
Help draft, and negotiate client & partner term sheets.
Must be an articulate self-starter with a high level of energy.
3-5 years demonstrated sales success in the email marketing / digital marketing space.
Advertising agency, international brand and direct marketer related experience, with strong contacts and relationships within email/digital marketing ecosystem.
International sales experience big+.
Contract negotiation experience.
Working knowledge of CPC, CPM, CPA pricing models.
BA (graduate degree a plus)
Commission. Possibility for full time position + equity.
