We have the easiest, most affordable solution on the market. WebPT allows physical therapists to seamlessly transition from paper based systems and legacy EMR solutions to the most modern, scalable web based technology. The system is delivered as a web-based solution (like Salesforce.com) allowing customers to adopt WebPT without expensive hardware, licensing or implementation costs. WebPT is intuitive, affordable, and easy to implement with new customers getting up to speed in as little as one business day.
The Physical Therapy market is highly fragmented with numerous associations, service providers, thought leaders and potential business partners. We are looking for a motivated Business development Manager to focus full time on establishing partner relationships with these industry players and driving additional leads and sales into WebPT.

Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our business partners, including:
Building and manage a database of potential partners across the therapy industry
Initiate contact and develop relationships with high priority targets
Establish the economic framework and business process integration required for new partnerships
Assist in developing and executing partner contracts
Develop and manage the launch of new partnerships
Work closely with our Marketing team to communicate and promote the partnership to new and existing WebPT members
Work with other WebPT teams to develop processes, procedures and tools to support new and existing partnerships
Maintain ongoing communication and feedback to new and existing partners
Report and track the performance of existing partnerships
Work closely with Marketing and Sales to refine and improve the existing partnerships
Experience
5+ years experience in business development, marketing and/or sales roles with expanding responsibilities and career progression
Creative thinker who understands business partnerships and can creatively identify economic relationships that provide win-win-win results
Hands on approach with “roll up your sleeves” attitude to delivering results
Demonstrated ability to create new leads and sales through strategic partnerships
Past Project Management experience preferred
Experience designing and implementing new processes and procedures to support new business initiatives
Metric driven, results oriented approach
Technology industry experience required, preference for SaaS software expertise
