B2B Inside Sales Manager

Overview
As our B2B Inside Sales Manager you will be targeting both established mid-sized companies with ecommerce challenges, and new ventures looking to build a new ecommerce site. Your responsibility will be to build a prospect list and sales pipeline, and then build relationships with potential customers to close deals. You will be selling our world-class web hosting and development services.
Responsibilities
Taste of What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead Generation
Generate list of prospects through web or other research
Call businesses and engage key decision makers in discussions about their web development needs
Build and track pipeline of qualified prospects
Sales Consultation
Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with “gatekeepers” and “C Suite” decision makers
Identify opportunities and prospect pain points
Handle objections and close sales by matching pain points with our solutions
Lead sales and service offering presentations
Negotiate deals and structure sales contracts
Account Management
Maintain customer relationships over time
Handle periodic customer inquiries and sales related support
Experience
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing/Sales, or Technical discipline preferred)
Previous experience in building a prospect list and making sales calls
Minimum 1 year experience in some sales capacity
Experience or interest in web technologies a huge plus

Skills & Abilities
Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Effective negotiation skills
Enough technical and business knowledge to understand our customers key problems and the services we offer
Great telephone and presentation skills, enthusiastic and persuasive personality
Ability Proactively build and track a prospective sales/customer pipeline
Enjoys working in a startup environment and with entrepreneurially minded people
Desire to learn and grow as the company and positional requirements change
Desire to work in a fast paced environment
Compensation
Commission Based. Up to 25K per signed contact
