B2B - Sales Representative - Business Development - Home Based

Overview
Growing team looking to fill commission only sales positions. Full training provided. Opportunity to grow into in-house and salaried positions with stock options as we build our nationwide team.
Responsibilities
Some of your responsibilities include:
B2B Sales - Targeting HR - major corporations.
Lead generation, prospecting, customer presentations/visits, contract signing, customer relationship/retention.
Investigate and plan business activities around industry trends and competition.
Conduct extensive market research and customer requirement analysis to gather information to effectively sell services through value selling. Train the sales team on the same.
Building list of corporations and implement customer relationship management process and system.
Work closely with marketing, operations and technical team.
Prepare sales material and maintain it on the ongoing basis.
Prepare a detailed sales plan and track goals and objectives at team and individual level.
Network with existing and potential customers, partners and stakeholders; establish a support group.
Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry.
Experience
Should have relevant B2B experience - been there done that or willingness/vigor to work diligently on gaps..
Skills
Extensive and demonstrable experience in B2B sales; Proven track record; we are looking for a smart, capable, and most of all a person who has entrepreneurial mindset to run it as business.
Education
Experience more important than a degree.
Compensation
Commission only. The structure can be discussed upon showing interest.
