Start up health care informatics company seeking an experienced individual to join the company's board of advisor/director role. Someone who has past experience with start up companies, raising investment capital, and helping the company get from point A to point B.
To advise, govern, oversee policy and direction, and assist with the leadership and general promotion of the company.
Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy.
Plan and direct the organization's activities to achieve stated/agreed targets.
Assist to Recruit, select and develop executive team members.
