Ticket Evolution is seeking a full time Bookkeeper / Office Manager to work out of our New York City Office. The individual filling the role will be an integral part of the company as we grow, working closely with the President, CFO and Head of Customer Service.

Assistant to company president
Responsible for maintaining the company's accounting system (Netsuite)
Financial reporting and record keeping
Month End Closing
Manage payroll processing and bill paying, bank deposits, bill payments. AP / AR
Handling customer refunds and chargeback disputes
Fraud tracking and analysis
Experience with Kount would be great!
General Office Management
Office supply management
3+ years of experience office management and accounting
Experience with Netsuite accounting software a huge plus. 3+ years experience with other comparable accounting software like Quickbooks a must
Proficiency with MS Office most specifically Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills and organizational skills.
