We are looking for a Brand Ambassador to be the eyes, ears and voice of our company on the ground. This individual will lead, grow and manage all things social media and community for SwagBucks.com.
The Brand Ambassador is responsible for collaborating on and executing the plan to increase our engagement marketing efforts on the SwagBucks.com website, blog and relevant social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter in order to achieve organizational goals, including brand awareness, website traffic, registration, activity, and advocacy. This is a highly cross-functional role that supports our user engagement and our promotional efforts.
Local Strategy Development: Work with Director of Social Media to set the social media and community management strategy for SwagBucks.com in your country. The strategy will outline a content and campaign development calendar, and will articulate the tactics to grow social media and community participation, converting participants into members and brand advocates.
Community Insights -- Manage a "listening" program via social and community channels in order to continually feed consumer insights to internal stakeholders.
Social Media Channel Management -- Manage and grow our external social media presence and blog measured in page views, fans/followers, interactions, shares, registrations – and seek out opportunities in emerging channels.
Community Management -- Continuous monitoring and moderating of community discussions that occur on our website, as well as external social media channels. Increase engagement via development of interactive, authentic two-way dialogue, creation of timely and relevant content and campaigns, and proactive issue identification and community management.
Blogger Relationship Management -- Develop and execute a blogger relationship-building program, with focus on proven groups such as mom bloggers, frugal bloggers as well as potential new niches. Develop programs and incentives to increase their activity with SwagBucks.com.
Link Building -- Own the development of link-building activities that improve our SEO, build relationships with third parties (ie bloggers, advocates, etc.), and increase overall visibility of SwagBucks.com.
Promotional Calendar execution – Execute companywide promotions (e.g. Christmas) and create locally relevant campaigns (based on national holidays, current events) to drive registrations, repeat visits and continuous engagement.
3-5 years of experience in social media marketing and/or community management
Fluency and deep personal experience with web marketing and social media
Analytically focused with proven chops leveraging data to make decisions
Excellent writing skills and ability to develop remarkable content that attracts interest and links.
Execution-focused and able to convert energy and strategy into action and results.
A passion for the SwagBucks.com brand and mission.
