We are looking for a Brand Management Analyst to help us establish and maintain customer and partnership relations to build and ensure Glossybox’s future. As an essential member of our brand management team, the candidate will be responsible for performance review and be the link between the Sales, Marketing and Operations departments. The candidate will be in charge of analyzing customer data, extracting insights, preparing presentations and delivering the results to our clients and partners. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, efficient and enthusiastic. Analytical thinking as well as an intuitive nature towards our clients’ and partners’ needs is essential.
Evaluating brand co-operations including product positioning, brand building and brand communication
Understanding each brand's goals for their products, and for their partnership with Glossybox and thus be able to draft campaign overviews for each brand
Determining the ideal campaign plan for brand partners, including which promotional assets to employ, how to target samples, and how to engage brands throughout the campaign
Securing and tracking marketing placements, through collaboration with cross-functional teams and keeping detailed records using internal tools
Managing the whole marketing campaign for brand partners and coordinating internally throughout various departments
Creating and managing campaign timeline and outline and communicate progress and changes to brand partners
Requesting and ensuring availability and reliability of marketing materials, contracts and working documents through constant brand communication
Preparing qualitative and quantitative feedback reports in Excel and Powerpoint formats
Undergraduate in business administration preferred, with focus on marketing and sales, product management and/or category management as well as practical experience
Excellent communication skills in English – clear, concise and persuasive in style
Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
Demonstrated flexibility, drive and willingness to deliver strong business results by working collaboratively with both internal and external resource effectively. Takes ownership where appropriate.
High level of initiative and follow-through – not afraid to do things yourself to get things done.
