We are seeking a Technical Support & Business Analyst to provide secondary support and define requirements for our products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a young professional with strong communication and technical problem-solving skills to grow their experience at an exciting startup!
Responsibilities
Work with executives to decompose high-level business requirements into functional requirements
Manages requirements traceability information; tracks requirements status throughout the project
Efficiently respond to user support tickets
Build FAQs and How-To’s for self service
Provide metrics on support trends
Experience
We seek an outstanding talent who will bring academic depth and personal qualities well suited for the challenge.
The candidate should have a minimum of two years of professional experience, a bachelor’s degree and strong written communications skills. He/she should be a regular social network user and a smartphone zealot.
