As a Business Development Manager with AppealingStudio Inc., you will be responsible for driving new business with companies/startups that require help with their website and mobile development.
We have had tremendous success in the past few years with helping startups achieve their web and mobile development goals. The right person will have a direct impact on our future rapid growth. You must be hungry and able to thrive in the constantly changing ecosystem that we will sell to build the most bleeding edge solutions. Most importantly, if you love to close, can’t take no for an answer, and interested in potentially making a lot of money, then we want to talk to you.
Pursue all qualified prospects
Help define the market segments, customer base, and industry verticals we can target
Close prospects over the phone, in email, and in person
Travel to your territory & to industry conventions/meetups to close accounts
Work with proposal team to create custom solutions to customers
Maintain Relationship with existing clients to help with ongoing development needs
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines
Have demonstrated heavy call volume (50 outbound a day)
Experience using CRM Systems to manage multiple prospects
Must have prior success in a carrying a Monthly/Quarterly Quota

Base Salary (25-35k)
Commission of 10% for first $300,000 in sales for year
Commission of 15% for sales between $300,000 - $600,000
Commission of 20% for all sales after $600,000
100% Company Paid (Aflac)
