Teal Orbit is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and hardworking individual to join our business development team, developing relationships to grow our business. Teal Orbit has built a strong foundation with a talented team; we are looking for several like-minded individuals to help us expand. In this business development role, you will be asked to wear many hats and work closely with VP’s of Marketing, Digital Experts, and Project Managers. Our work culture calls for you to have a passion for social media, experience in sales, and enjoy working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities
Scope out and establish new client opportunities
Meet with prospective clients to explain the benefits of a focused digital strategy
Assist with writing proposals
Experience
Previous sales experience in selling social media, digital applications, software, etc.
Strong understanding of social media
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly
Inspired individual who stops at nothing to get to where they need to be
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Compensation
100% Commission for 90-day probationary period, followed by a full-time position with base + commission
