Business Development Associate/Manager
As Business Development Associate/Manager, you will be involved in the formulation and execution of our business development and membership acquisition strategy. As part of this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and strategic partnerships that will drive traffic to IvyExec.com. You will also manage and engage our 450+ existing partners, which include leading academic programs, alumni associations, professional groups and online affiliates.
Work with Senior Management to define and execute the vision for company’s online membership acquisition strategy.
Generate new and maintain existing business partnerships.
Execute strategies in conjunction with internal marketing and project management teams
Manage, track, and optimize projects related to website traffic and membership acquisition.
Manage the global business development roadmap and associated marketing components.
The position is ideal for a high-energy individual who enjoys relationship building. An ideal candidate should have solid interest in broad aspects of business development, strategy, and market opportunity analysis. Experience in sales would be beneficial, but not required. 2-4 years proven track record of achievement. Exceptional cross group collaboration skills and a passion for working with partners are a must. BA or BS degree from a top-tier college or university.
He or she must me a self-starter and be able to drive for results independently, but flexible enough to thrive in a collaborative environment. You’ll leverage your strong organizational skills to cope with changing priorities and meet deadlines. Thrive on working with A-players; too good to spend long hours with B-players.
