Job Title:
Business Development Executive
Job Function:
Drive services demand for application development, QA/Testing, maintenance & support, Commercial Product Development, Startup Minimal Viable Product developent, Social, Mobile and Big data.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Must be able to prospect, build relationships, and close business.
Build and maintain sales opportunity pipeline
Meet/Exceed quarterly and full-year sales quotas
Sell strategic service solutions, develop and present proposals, team with technical resources across OSC group throughout the sales cycle.
Build trust and credibility with customers
Ensure consistent communications between sales and delivery at customer accounts to ensure success for each customer project, and new opportunities are identified.
Develop solutions with and for customers/prospects; evaluating conditions; specifying requirements; coordinating with the OSC Group delivery team to determine resource requirements.
Update job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging technologies; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Present account plans at the start of each quarter
Experience
Experience:
Selling technology solutions to C-Level Executives and their direct reports at mid & large sized companies. Experience selling IT Services solutions.
At least 5 + years consultative selling experience with information technology services and business solutions to Fortune 1000 companies
Hunter- Must have the ability to prospect, qualify, and capture new business opportunities
Demonstrated track record of selling and managing accounts
Farmer- identifying new opportunities, prospecting and closing business
Must have experience with formal selling methodologies
Skills
Skills/Qualifications:
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a complex and long term sales cycle, customer centric, building relationships, cold calling and prospecting skills, account planning & pipeline management, selling to customer needs, technically strong and able to present complex technical issues/solutions, solution selling, experience with MS Office products, skilled in CRM and Salesforce.com
