Business Development Executives are responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with local restaurant owners. This will include warm and cold prospecting, outreach, follow ups, obtaining commitment etc.
This is an opportunity to play a principal role in helping a new business continue to grow at an aggressive pace and reap the rewards as you do. There is no limit to what you can earn and your earnings increase over time along with our subscriber revenues.
It is also possible to transition into a sales management position if the right qualities are exhibited.
Cold call, go door-to-door to set appointments and meetings with key decision makers at local restaurants
Introduce and promote our unique service offering to restaurant owners and explain the many benefits to using Select vs competitors
Maintain relationships with restaurant owners and managers
Effectively, manage and grow client relationships
A salesperson - it's a different breed and we have an A-Team for sales
Entrepreneurial experience/self starter
Previous outside sales experience (strong plus)
Previous experience establishing and cultivating relationships with local business owners (plus)
Previous startup experience (plus)
Knowledge of or prior experience in the restaurant industry (plus)
History of leadership, building a presence within a community
Ambitious, determined and motivated to succeed
Driven and persistent
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
If not experienced in sales must exhibit a strong sales acumen
