Overview
Ustream.TV is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to create and implement across all levels of business development. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of business development experience in either the consumer internet or major media space. This role will have a heavy emphasis on business partnership negotiation/execution, sourcing, evaluating new markets and technologies, and channel management.
The successful Corporate and Business Development Associate or Manager will have a good combination of strategy and execution skills that enable them to discover simple, elegant solutions to complex problems and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will want to join a rapidly growing early-stage company with the potential to quickly increase their responsibility and position based on a track record of proven successes within the Company.

Responsibilities
Executing deals/partnerships to increase both broadcasters and viewers in multiple verticals, including: video gaming, sports, music, entertainment, podcasts, conferences, etc.
Research and evaluate new technologies, market trends and opportunities
Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis
Manage client and internal communications
Develop and manage a stable of channel and distribution partners to ensure that Ustream expand its reach and monetization options.
Experience
At least 3-7 years of relevant work experience
Extensive contacts, especially within major entertainment and online companies/properties.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation design skills
Passion for media content across several verticals, including music, movies, TV, entertainment, video gaming, podcasting, news, politics, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive knowledge of online business models and internet/consumer technology
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside social media tools
Ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
