VLinks Media is looking for a passionate Business Development juggernaut. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys sales, the sales process and the stresses that come along with it. Candidates must be self-motivated, goal oriented and overall an A-Type personality. If you are ok with losing, this job is not for you. Day-to-day, candidates will be required to manage, create new and grow existing client partnerships. If you have existing relationships in the corporate training industry it’s a major plus. Candidate must enjoy working in the “start-up” environment and be entrepreneurial at heart. If hired, you will report directly to the management team.
Located in Downtown Chicago.
Some travel will be required.
Develop new strategic and sales partnerships with corporations to enhance their learning & development initiatives with the LearnCore platform.
Manage existing client relationships, and make sure activity is up to date.
Prepare sales/partnership presentations, proposals and sales contracts for potential clients.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity; convert leads into a robust pipeline.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Be open to new responsibilities – at a start-up we all wear many hats.
Be organized, and able to work with high level direction.
High energy, passionate and entrepreneurial.
3-5 years of sales or business development experience.
