Handle incoming requests, generate new leads, secure new clients and upsell to current clients across the spectrum of brands and retailers.
Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead sourcing to account management.
Build and manage a team of junior sales people.
Analyse the sales operations and propose improvements across a broad range of areas including people, process and technology.
Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales whilst assessing the short and long-term effects of the various campaigns.
3 - 5 years experience in Short Cycle Sales and long term relationship building.
Experience in generating and closing new leads.
Ability to identify new sales opportunities, qualifying and establishing the right solution that will really add value to the customer.
Proven track record in selling innovative creative cross platform and bespoke digital promotions.
Sales operations or sales project management skills. Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
Strong contacts within Media buying agencies. Excellent client, agency and PR contacts within the fashion / beauty retail sector.
Ability to deliver to tight timescales (ie: can make things happen)
Native English speaker.
Ambition and initiative to have an impact in a start-up business.
Compensation based on experience. Includes uncapped commissions & share options.
