Castlight is in need of a highly strategic and motivated individual to lead our business development efforts with Health Plans, PBMs and other key partners. Responsibilities may include:
• Identifying and proactively outreaching to high potential partners
• Crafting new business ideas with key partner collaborators
• Managing ongoing relationships with key partners
• Exploring and validating new market segments
• Developing and closing new segment deals that add immediate value to the organization
The ideal candidate for this role will have deep knowledge of the health care industry, solid experience in selling partnerships, products or ideas, and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
Experience
4-7 years working experience in strategy, management consulting, sales and/or business development functions for Manager level
8+ years working experience in strategy, management consulting, sales and/or business development functions for Director level
Strong knowledge of the health care industry required; Existing industry relationships and experience with Health Plans a plus
Experience in early stage companies in quickly evolving markets preferred
Willingness to travel frequently
