Business Development Manager-Healthcare Services

We are currently seeking highly motivated Business Development Manager to join the Synowledge Client Relations team to help establish and expand new and existing service lines. The BD Manager will work closely with the global Client Relations team as we aggressively expand into new markets and services, both domestically and internationally.

The BD Manager will have a specific focus on the following key responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong sales pipeline to drive and meet annual/quarterly corporate targets
Apply specific data driven analytics into BD and sales operations to identify key growth areas
Understanding and developing sales strategies to align with organizational sales objectives that drive business and maximize ROI
Optimize sales processes, technologies and effectiveness through gap assessments and process re-engineering
Developing and executing go-to-market plans for new and existing service lines
Performing comprehensive market research and competitive analysis
Working with offshore marketing team to execute marketing campaigns (email blasts, conferences, seminars, webinars, web-based campaigns, etc.) to generate leads and maintain a strong pipeline
Inside Sales/Cold Calling as necessary
Help identify and develop client relationships and new business opportunities
Assisting with sales presentations and bid defense meetings
Assisting with responses to requests for proposals, contracts, and other technical documents for new and existing projects
Developing case studies, marketing material, etc. in coordination with Synowledge subject matter experts and Clients

We are seeking candidates who have demonstrated exceptional performance in these and other related majors:
Technology: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems
Business: Accounting, Business, Finance/Economics, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain
•5+ years of relevant BD, Sales, Marketing, Consulting or related experience
•Undergraduate or Master's degree
•3.4 cumulative GPA strongly preferred with equal or stronger performance in your major(s)
Annual Salary of upto $100k
