Business Development Sales
You will be responsable to generate and develop new business for our Call centers in Central America and to develop good relationship with our current clients in the United States The candidate should be a strategic and creative thinker with the ability to sell Contact Center Services.
Other responsabilites:
Collaborate effectively with the sales, marketing and management team.
Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional service.
Develop and analyze current insides sales tools and identify specific improvement for implementation.
Preferred minimum 2 years sales and/or related experience in Contact Center Services.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong ability to close deals.
Excellent negotiation, initiative, organization and time management skills.
Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
Exceptional written & verbal communication, business acumen, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
