Responsibilities
Who you are: Some call you a salesperson. Others call you a relationship god (or guru)
You know how to identify the right customer prospects, get their attention, and sign contracts
You understand the agency space...enough to sell our core services (logo design / visual identity, web design and development, responsive design, application design and development, strategic services, etc)
You know what a "CMS" is, and you're always learning (like a sponge)
You've worked with, and for startups, and love the culture of an "always-changing" environment, wearing multiple hats to deliver, and overdeliver
You want to be a thought leader, a key contributor, and someone who can build a wildly successful Sales / Business Development team - ready to disrupt multiple industries
You might be from the agency space (brand, advertising, marketing, digital) OR an experienced Business Development / Sales person with a fair knowledge of the space (from outside experiences - see below)
Experience
Prior experience working for a brand, marketing, digital agency OR around one (in a corporate / startup setting) **1-2+ yrs. required**
Skills
General understanding of branding, marketing, and digital service offerings (logo design, websites, marketing collateral, etc.)
Ability to innovate, ideate, think "quick" on your feet, and help provide greater strategy to Clients of varying sizes (startups-to-Fortune 500/100's)
"Mad" skills... as a sales + relationship person

Compensation
The compensation ("pay"): This is a 100% commission opportunity, to start. You'll make a percentage (%) from every deal (project, Client, etc.) you secure.

Don't be ruling us out just yet...;). Smaller projects we typically secure are a minimum of $10-30k (offering the ideal candidate a high commission rate). We'd love for you to be securing deals that are $10-50k+, at a minimum level (for startups to mid-sized companies) or $50-100k+ (for larger organizations), so we can be fueling our growth as an agency, together. The end goal: to secure great Client projects, which develop into sustainable + profitable (long-term) Client partnerships. While this is a commission opportunity to start, it has the potential to turn into something much greater...for the right person (the opportunities for growth are limitless).
