MindLaunch is an online education startup that matches students of all ages with U.S. licensed educators. MindLaunch is poised to develop new markets, while monitoring existing partnerships.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and refinement of Company’s vision and strategy
Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability
Work with other executives on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans
Develop, review, and report on the business development strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team
Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results
Develop source, manage, and implement new business opportunities
Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning
Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in business development and sales.

Good project and time management skills
Knowledge of business and management principles

Leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively
Genuine desire to help the company grow
Long range visionary
Education
College degree required.
Compensation
This is an equity plus commission based position which will be turned into a full time position upon funding.
