Camargue Technologies, Inc. is a services company that seeks to provide a comprehensive suite of technology-based solutions through two unique and differentiated subsidiary brands, ADR Network and Zinged.com. ADR Network is a stealth-mode technology startup that aims to provide arbitration services via a unique online solution. Zinged.com is a stealth-mode internet startup that is currently in the development phase for a website that will provide character reference and mediation services in a social networking platform. The internship will cross both subsidiaries, based on interest and need. We are a San Francisco based company.

Responsibilities
About the Internship:
3-6 month unpaid internship; 10-15 hours per week
Telecommuting with frequent contact and occasional face-to-face meetings okay
Primary focus:
Research regarding the laws and requirements of arbitration, including, but not limited to, processes and laws of binding and nonbinding arbitration, and the state of arbitration use within US corporations
Intern will assist the team in determining ways in which to improve the efficiency and processes of arbitration through online solutions
Intern will also gain experience in:
All aspects of the development of a start-up company
Marketing and public relations
Business development and business cases
Writing, including copy, content and other written business communications
Experience

Professional demeanor mixed with an entrepreneurial zest
Self-starter, who can work independently and efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education
- You must be currently enrolled in a university or college and have the ability to receive credit or university sanctioned permission to work for us
- Prefer students with business or pre-law focus (Majors: political science, communication, business, English, economics, etc.)
