Business Operations & Marketing Manager for Fashion E-Commerce Brand (P/T)

By leveraging a direct-to-consumer model and new online shopping experience, we look to provide luxury quality products at revolutionary prices. We are currently hiring for a generalist to assist as a jack of all trades across business, operations, and marketing. As a generalist, you will wear multiple hats and juggle both creative and analytical projects. No task is too big or too small - you're someone with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, who can solve day-to-day issues while also laying the foundation of the future of the company. Manage business operations initiatives including updating business systems/databases, customer service support, financial analysis, and managing order shipping/fulfillment.
Manage marketing initiatives including assisting with creative direction, advertising campaigns, marketing analytics/dashboards, and managing social media.
Be a jack of all trades across the business as new projects come up. Must be able to learn fast and on the job.
Must have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in business, operations, or marketing, ideally in a startup environment.
Must have a strong background in business, marketing, fashion, or a related field.
Must be experienced with Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Strong usage of the internet and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Pinterest)
Experience with online marketplaces such as Shopify, ebay, and etsy is a plus
Familiarity with photography and web design is a plus (ie. Photoshop or Illustrator)
Must be able to wear multiple hats and be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Must have a bachelors degree in business, marketing, fashion, or a related field
Competitive with market and commensurate with experience. The role is part-time to start with potentially a full-time opportunity in the future.
