Paradigm Analytics is a premier management consulting firm providing excellent client service and measurable value through Strategic Management Consulting, Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and strategies. We are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Support Analyst to work alongside the Vice President of Operations in a tactically oriented function to help the company continue to scale up and grow. The Company seeks a Business Systems Support Analyst to support our internal ERP, CRM, and other toolsets as well as provides support when requested to client side deployments of the same tools. The candidate will need to be bright, imaginative, and a capable technologist with strong communication skills specifically seeking a smaller environment where they will impact the direction of the organization and be a key contributor to the overall success of the business.
Responsibilities
To provide functional support and expand capabilities in the areas of client development & management, project management, programming, and administration. This function provides the initial step in the process of delivering integrated business and information solutions. The role requires the ability to develop and deliver presentations to clients and to look for business opportunities that are used to develop detailed business and technical specifications, projected costs and proposals. This position will support both our internal tool sets as well as tool sets used on client deployments. This is a hands on position – YOU are required to perform the assigned tasks.
Experience
Technical Knowledge: MS .NET 2.0, C#, MS SQL 2008, Visual Studio 2008
Has extensive knowledge of business issues and processes as well as IT resources and enabling technologies.
Candidate must be able to conduct needs assessments with clients to identify business and marketing requirements to translate into a project plans
Candidate is responsible to look for business opportunities to streamline processes with automated solutions, both internally and externally
Ability to effective manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Ability to work independently on strategic issues with client, capable of managing fairly complex projects
Post-secondary education in Business or Information Technology (or equivalent) with 8+ years industry experience
Hands on experience supporting ERP and or CRM applications. Plus for Epicor and or Microsoft.
Skills
Architecture & Design: interviewing and gathering client requirements to translate into detailed project plans that meet budgets and deadlines.
Team Management: Manage all work teams including technical, creative, and production, as well external suppliers and contractors
Project management: interface with clients to scope projects, manage budgets and direct the development cycle from inception to completion
Programming/development: assist the programmers and developers through designing, coding, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting client initiatives
Administration: infrastructure development that will enhance the scalability of the organization, allowing the proper systems and processes to be integrated with the business’ best practices ensuring consistency and stability.
Technical support for and extending the capabilities of Epicor ERP, Microsoft CRM and related 3rd party tools and add on modules.
