Overview
Winasaurus, Inc. is a seed-stage start up seeking a seed-stage creative CMO. Our hungry team of entrepreneurs is dedicated to building indispensable, world class, marketing products for the little guy. As our CMO, you’ll be the end all chief of the marketing arm, entrusted with our brands and charged with designing and launching an already smartly crafted roll-out strategy.

Responsibilities
Develop and drive day-to-day execution of the sales and marketing operations
Oversee market research and analysis
Oversee product development and ensure the continuing appeal of existing costumers
Ensure company products and services are in tune with consumer demand
Manages public relations and corporate communications
Preserve, protect, and project a consistent brand
Provide leadership in design and production of all aspects of visual and literary marketing materials
Be responsible for facilitating growth, sales and he overall marketing strategy
Experience
5+ Years leadership experience in marketing
Have well defined and tested management experience and dedicated to building high performance
Ability to balance product strategy with the execution of the sales and marketing plan
Execute plans personally and align strategies with each other chief officer
