We are seeking an experienced TV Content and Advertising executive well versed the Content Delivery Network industry to head the Strategic Partnerships effort, with responsibility for managing and expanding the selection of on demand TV content and advertising available in PixFlx’s platform. The CMO will through strategic partnerships that involve licensing agreement to operating on our network and thus monetize or advertise based on our platform. The CMO will close deals with c-level executives on partnerships agreements, some involve equity. The individual in this role will establish and drive relationships with Content Delivery Networks, Ad Networks, TV Networks and indirectly TV Producers and Content Providers leveraging an advantage of superior monetization and superior consumer experience backed by patent claims. In this role you will be a principal point of contact for media and advertising companies considering this new product in a ground floor position within the hottest startup in Second-Screen, Second-Screen is only now starting to take off, its the hottest business sector and will remain so for the next 10 years. PixFlx, Inc. owns the future standard for TV and yes, its Second-Screen based. You will fine tune TV content distribution strategic partnership agreements, and control the marketing program to support your sales goals.
Negotiating license agreements to secure strategic partnership agreements.
Establishing strong relationships with mainly Ad Networks and Content Delivery Networks and LA based content providers at decision-making level.
Identifying new content opportunities and partnerships.
Collaborating with the Management Team regarding contractual terms and conditions related to strategic partnership agreements.
Driving continuous improvement in all operational aspects of PixFlx’s relationship with its TV content suppliers and partners of joint development regarding software and network operations.
Evangelizing and participation in new TV content standards.

Successful content licensing and/or business development work history
Superior communication and organizational skills
Excellent data analysis, quantitative skills and ability to dive deep
5+ years of experienced in a high value account management, licensing or business development role.
Ability to execute complex deals independently.
Knowledge of digital media landscape, including solid understanding of digital content distribution technologies, content delivery networks and ad networks.
Past experience with media, e-commerce, consumer products or digital technologies is preferred.
A personal passion for media and / or digital product consumption
MBA degree preferred
