Overview
We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer who will be a hands-on leader in the development of our collaboration and analytics platform, with a passion for applying technology to advance healthcare. You need to be a core technologist who can inspire a team of developers to transform the business vision into a functional product, while leveraging social, mobile, and cloud paradigms.
As CTO, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of a distributed, scalable enterprise SaaS application that runs on analytics using various sources of hospital data, most notably EHRs. These features will span multiple product components and involve complex interactions between them.

Responsibilities
Lead software product development of our SaaS-based care coordination platform with data analytics and decision support from planning to execution
Drive IT governance and architecture policy
Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration of our cloud platform
Own the development lifecycle and manage technical risks
Recruit, build, and manage an A+ development team to deliver a world-class product
Be the technical voice and image of the company
Work closely with the CEO and the rest of the business folks
Experience
10+ years of experience managing development teams
Skills
Expertise in .Net, Microsoft middleware, and SQL server
Experience developing scalable enterprise SaaS applications
Articulate in discussing technology
Education
B.S. in Computer Science (or a related field)
