Responsibilities
Serve as the star architect for assuring smooth development transitions and platform growth
Be hands on and elbow deep in code and all technology layers: unix, apache, mobile for android/iOS, mysql, php, etc.
Fill in gaps at all levels and ensure that all development deadlines are set and met
Have hands on management skills and be comfortable dealing with day to day engineering HR
A core implementation partner and a key member of our team
Experience
6+ Years experience as an engineer
4+ Years as a CTO or engineer in a leadership role
A big picture brain with the ability to think in terms of high level strategy
You’ve pushed mobile products to market
Have experience with early-stage start ups
Have extensive experience in team management and team building
Understand the importance of User Experience and be comfortable pivoting with design
