Overview
Mona Lisa Style is a website that connects fashion designers with buyers in the contemporary market. Our mission is to make wholesale buying and selling easier by streamlining the process by putting style information, lookbooks, and linesheets online. Updates are made in real time and users always have the most up to date information. Brands increase customer service, and retailers can browse more product and place orders directly through Mona Lisa Style.
We are forming a team of self-motivated, start-up oriented, energetic, upcoming super-stars. Mona Lisa Style is a laid back and non-corporate environment. We believe that work shouldn’t feel like work and that you don’t need to be tied to one desk to do your work. The internet has given us increased flexibility and freedom. We won’t be watching over your shoulder, but you will need to produce results. You will work very hard and experience great rewards for your success.
You will report to the CEO and is responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development. The CTO is the company top technology executive, playing an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth.

Prepare wireframes or mockups of the company’s web application.
Design website
Program website
Test website
We are a startup company with limited resources so you'll essentially be doing everything technical for the first few years as we gain traction. We are looking for multi-skilled people who can figure things out on the fly.
Skills
Knowledge of Ruby on Rails.
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
Keen attention to detail.
Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation
Entry-level salary ($30-40k) or housing.
