I am currently searching for a talented web programmer to assist in building a social real estate application. The idea itself has already gathered a lot of enthusiasm from potential users, and I'm looking for the right "co-founder" with superb web development skills to bring it to life.

I'm looking for someone who can work with me to build to the product while I take care of the business side, which includes sales and marketing. I currently have mycityapartment as a live website, but would prefer to go for a complete rebuild on this project. I have wireframes in hand but am open to changes.

If you are an engineer who wants to do some heavy lifting with code, make key decisions on architecting the product, and ultimately lead a dev team, please let me know.
