CTO / co-founder of sports social games start up

Overview
We're a social sports gaming company based in London. We have recently received a six figure seed investment and are ready to launch the product this summer. So far the development has been outsourced but we're looking for a CTO/co-founder to take on development and potentially lead the outsourced development team. The person has to be based in London, UK.
Responsibilities
Drive the technological strategy and implementation
Must be a hands on developer as well as a technology leader who can eventually build and lead the Engineering/IT group
External APIs / data feed integration
Experience
5+ years of hands-on coding
Skills
Solid experience of working with MySQL, java script, php, AJAX
Experience in integrating APIs and external data feeds
Experience and in-depth knowledge of Facebook Open Graph/Twitter
Expertise in building high performance, scalable systems
Education
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent would be great not not required.
Compensation
