Overview
Social Bicycles seeks C developer for our GPS-enabled bike share system. Developer will need to work with existing protocol and development team, tighten up the codebase, and add additional features. The project must be completed in 4 weeks. After the completion of the project, the developer will be responsible for documentation and knowledge transfer and/or maintaining the code as we continue development.
Skills
The ideal candidate has:
Experience with AVR / microcontrollers (we are using ATmega 1284)
Experience with GSM and GPS
Immediate availability and able to work at least 20/week for the next 4 weeks.
Must be based in NYC area or willing to travel as integration with hardware is critical.
Compensation
Pay is commensurate with experience.
