Overview
Meebo’s Campaign Manager coordinates the implementation of client advertising programs across all Meebo advertising products. Our ideal candidate will be the anchor between our clients and the Meebo team to ensure successful execution of programs while upholding exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
There’s no typical day, but you will:
Create and manage timelines for delivering assets, gaining client approval and managing internal resources
Manage post sale creative process, ensuring the full and expedient transfer of files between client and various teams across Meebo
Offer continuous insight into each respective campaign launch through frequent updates to Meebo team
Maintain and file all appropriate materials into Salesforce: (RFPs, Proposals, Boards, and Performance Results, etc.)
Ensure receipt of advertising language and copy from agency/client and deliver to appropriate Meebo resource
Work with AdOps and Creative teams to test creative execution, oversee follow-up and ensure smooth campaign delivery
Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of online media, agency or production experience.
Project management experience in an Internet company or similar
Skills
Positive attitude that remains consistent despite challenging situations
Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple departments simultaneously
Client-service focused, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce experience a plus

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent
