Campaign Manager, Account Manager for HOT Lead Generation Co in Bay Area

We are currently recruiting high-energy, driven, and self-organized Account Managers with solid B2B sales and account management experience.
Responsibilities
Coordinate email marketing campaign set-up, launch, and execution.
Support Director of Sales to manage clients’ specifications
Manage the client relationship at all Buying Level Influences.
Coach the client on how best to extract maximum value out of delivered PALs.
Report on metrics for PAL conversions to meetings & meetings to deals.
Interface with offshore technical development and back-office teams
Recommend and facilitate case studies including ROI analysis.
Experience
2-5 years of experience as account/campaign management, sales support, sales operations, or inside sales in lead generation, marketing automation, marketing, advertising or public relations industry
Proven expertise in client management and consultative selling.
Expert knowledge of sales, sales operations and account management.
Experience working in High Tech Industry with basic technical understanding across a broad range of areas including software, networking, telecom & data storage.
Proficiency in using Salesforce.com or other SaaS based CRM tools.
Skills
Detail-oriented, self-organized, analytical, passionate, strategic thinker, methodical and able to multitask in a rapid-fire fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently in a virtual environment with self-starter instincts.
Able to set up systems and processes for categorizing and filing large amounts of information flowing in real time.
Strong interpersonal skills: negotiating, influencing, and dealing effectively with people. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education
Bachelor or University Degree required
Compensation
This position includes a salary, plus incentive for high performance.

Candidate will be expected to take complete ownership of the successful delivery of leads to our top accounts, and must take responsibility for the entire delivery and lead production process. We are looking for a “do whatever it takes” and “go the extra mile” attitude.

Candidates must live in the Bay Area.
