As the Channel Marketing Manager, you’ll report into the Director of Marketing and work across our sales and business development organizations to achieve aggressive sales, lead and conversion goals in a metrics-driven environment. You will coordinate and execute key marketing initiatives for our sales channels, as well as co-marketing opportunities with our strategic partners. You’ll establish alignment with internal marketing and sales teams as well as build influence across the key stakeholders. The incumbent for this role will help create relationships, identify opportunities, and be heavily involved in the development and implementation of new go to market strategies with overall responsibility for full lifecycle program management. Manage programs to drive marketing-generated pipeline and revenue with resellers, distributors, and strategic partners
Establish baseline goals and revenue targets, consistently reviewing progress and reporting against goals
Develop and mature marketing relationships with our strategic partners, including development of annual marketing plan, expected KPIs, and tactics to achieve quarterly goals
Work across cross-functional areas to edit/monitor partner content, messaging, and creative development to ensure campaigns are aligned with MakerBot branding guidelines
Upload, support, monitor, and co-manage select channel partner’s online marketing and merchandising efforts
Provide partners with ongoing counsel regarding marketing best practices
Coordinate the involvement from other functional teams, including support, marketing, project management and product management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and expectations
Minimum of 5 years experience in channel marketing with a proven track record of driving results across digital marketing, traditional marketing, and retail
Experience managing complex domestic and international relationships
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Collaborative and highly organized, detail and process oriented self–starter with strong work ethics, ability to influence across cross-functional areas
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Deep, working knowledge of Salesforce, as well as familiarity with digital asset management tools and Google Analytics
