Overview
We are looking for someone bright and passionate to be our Chief Technology Officer.
Cortex is helping hospitals work smarter. We built a SaaS enterprise app for healthcare leaders to capture and share their organization's intellectual capital. Right now we have a 71-hospital network and are growing quickly. Our goal is to solve the critical problem of knowledge fragmentation in the healthcare industry, which has huge consequences, not just for the system itself, but for patient care.
We've designed an amazing app with a beautiful UI and some really cool algorithms. And now, we're looking for a CTO. If you're a smart hacker, love designing ideas from the ground up and want to revolutionize healthcare, send us a note.

Responsibilities
You'll generate and lead new products and features and brainstorm with our CEO and the rest of the team on a regular basis. You'll have a hand in leading not just product development, but in setting the direction of our company.
Experience
Experience building web applications
Startup experience preferred but by no means a must
Skills
Strong command of Python or Rails
UI talent/intuition
Education
BS or MS in Computer Science or related field (or demonstrated programming skill)
