CITY GM RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a high energy, fast-paced, rockstar City General Manager who wants to grow the FiveStars team!
The City GM will need to be multi-talented in sales and management. Besides selling to local businesses, we are looking for someone to who can lead from the front and is skilled at training and mentor-ship. You will both personally conduct and teach others to execute face-to-face meetings with business owners, gain new business through cold-calling, network at various events, leverage existing relationships, and generate leads and referrals. Team members should be able to identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of FiveStars services. Since this is a start-up, thinking outside the box is a definite plus. Or as one team member said, "what if there is no box?..."
CITY GM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-6 years experience within a sales environment with excellent performance
Enjoy working in a start-up environment and meeting face-to-face with business owners daily
Bubbly personality, personable, and magical ability to connect with business owners
Leadership experience at the local sales level
High level of integrity, customer service, and customer management skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Able to hit aggressive sales objectives, enjoy challenges and competition, while being a team leader
Understand competitor strengths/weaknesses and able to articulate FiveStars' competitive advantage
Resourceful, assertive, and comfortable taking risks to achieve these goals
CITY GM PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Successfully sold to franchise, chain, or individual pay-at-the-counter food/drink shops (i.e. coffee shops, tea shops, restaurants, etc...)
Has a "rolodex" of business owner contacts in the food and beverage space
Experience in launching new sales markets
Prior start-up experience
