Responsibilities
Convert new and existing leads to active gyms, ensuring they are complete and exciting, with photos and exciting descriptions. Must have good (fair) prices and a lot of classes available
Gather leads from new and existing sources
Become an expert on your geographical area; where are the trendy clubs, fitness classes, and instructors.
Identify potential gyms managers who might offer rare, unusual and exciting clubs
Get potential gym managers excited about fitboo and encourage them to take part in our community
Working in a dynamic and passionate team, you will be working to establish a strong fitboo presence in your asigned neighborhoods. Focused and efficient, you will rapidly be expanding our platform of available gyms.
We are looking for an exceptional sales talent who knows his or her way around a sales process. While the job is predominantly telesales based, there will also be opportunities to explore and execute alternate sales methods and ideas.
You are driven by good results and focus on you targets.
We promise to show you the ins-and-outs of fitboo. You will manage up to 100 clubs to give them the best service
Experience
Previous experience in sales and fitness industry
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
Cold calling and canvassing experience is a plus
Friendly, yet concise telephone manner
Ability to work by deadlines and targets; KPI driven
Affable personality that blends well with an innovative and vibrant start-up environment
Highly motivated and a positive attitude to life! Passionate and determined. It isn’t easy to build great products fast. You’ll need to have real passion and determination to succeed
Smart and adaptable. You need to have the mental muscle to learn, adapt and create complex products in a highly fluid environment. Priorities will change and you must be ready to roll with the punches
Creative and visionary. You’ll be creating amazing products here. You need to have the vision and the creative spark to make it all a reality, fast
Evangelism and communication. Your passion for our products needs to be contagious to the rest of the company. You need fantastic communication abilities in all circumstances and with all audiences. We expect crystal clear written, spoken and presented communication
Analytical and technical. We’re creating technical solutions and you’ll need strong analysis and technical experience to be effective in that environment
