Work directly with the executive and management teams of the world’s leading service businesses.
Take new customers from sign-up to success.
Coordinate customer’s data migration, training, third-party integrations, and go-live.
Coach customers on best practices.
Serve as the single point of contact during a customer’s onboarding process.
Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience, both in our product and processes.
2+ years experience in a similar role or capacity
Experience with SaaS a plus
Intelligent, quick thinking, and fast learning

College degree from a 4 year program
