Provides consulting services such as workflow analysis, clinician training, and spearheads clinician adoption for our Notifi Intelligent Communication Engine software product. Responsible for working with clients to gain an understanding of current processes, developing a future state document, gaining provider adoption and training core users. Participates in pre-sales activities as well as post sales by helping clients and providers understand the behavior and benefits of the Notifi/MyNotifi application.
In addition this role will have the following non-consulting responsibilities:

Make recommendations for new Notifi use-cases, product design and implementation process/workplan;
Offer recommendations for new product enhancements/functionality HIT Product Development

10+ years Healthcare Information Systems experience required; must have a solid understanding and practical application of software solutions in the healthcare industry.
Detailed knowledge of workflows in clinical environments (radiology, lab, cardiology, nursing, physician practices, etc.).
Must enjoy being a catalyst for change and have a passion for healthcare software solutions and how it can improve and streamline communication workflows
Team and project leadership experience; experience managing multiple engagements for healthcare providers
Demonstrated experience working in a customer-facing capacity with customers at the C-suite level (CMIOs and physicians are key) and ability to work in a complex matrix environment – managing up/down and at-peer levels – with ability to influence decision-making
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to present to customers
Must be able to travel up to 75% and work productively from home office
• Degree in healthcare-related field and/or information systems
• RN or MD preferred
